Terms of use

Last updated: 28 September 2026.

These terms apply to the Busy Signal website and free browser and native game previews operated by Leonardo Lazzaro under the name LCUBO Studios. Questions, support requests, reports, and appeals can be sent to support@playbusysignal.com. The privacy policy and cookie notice explain data handling; optional analytics requires a separate choice.

The preview

Busy Signal is a game in development. The current browser preview is free to play and has no checkout, paid subscription, or in-game purchases. Features, availability, compatibility, progress, and scores may change or reset as development continues. We will explain paid offers and their applicable terms before asking you to buy anything.

Who the game is for

The game depicts fictional violence and is not intended for young children. Follow the age rating and eligibility requirements of the platform through which you access it and the laws that apply to you. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement on your own, involve a parent or guardian before using an account or online features. This notice is not an official age rating.

Playing and accounts

You may access the website and play the preview for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Casual play and practice do not require a registered account. Google sign-in is optional. Keep your account and sign-in device secure, use only an account you are authorised to use, and tell us if you believe it has been compromised.

Your chosen nickname, character, and relevant match information are visible to other players. Use a nickname that does not reveal private information. You can change your nickname, sign out, or request account deletion in Account settings. Privacy requests can also be made by email.

Respect other players and the service

Where available, use Players during a match to report a name or player, or block their public name and voice. Reports and blocks show confirmation or a failure; opening the support email app does not submit a report. These controls are being added to future moderated native releases and are not present in the current Android internal-test build. Blocking does not remove gameplay entities or promise separate matchmaking. We may replace an objectionable nickname with Player and review reports before imposing a proportionate restriction. Support and appeals are available at the contact above.

Report abuse or security issues to the contact above with the relevant nickname, approximate time, and a description. Do not send passwords or publish security exploits. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, protect users, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and you can contact us to ask for a review. You can stop using the preview at any time.

Game materials and your rights

The game, branding, artwork, audio, and website materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access to this website does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those expressly provided. Any separately supplied open-source or third-party licence continues to apply to the materials it covers. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to operate a usable preview, but development builds can contain bugs or be temporarily unavailable. We may update or suspend features for maintenance, safety, or development. Keep anything important outside the preview; it is not a storage or communications service for confidential information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your applicable consumer protections and rights to use competent courts remain available. These terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory remedies.

Other services and changes

Google and app-distribution platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party services do not make their operators responsible for Busy Signal, or us responsible for their services.

We may update these terms as the preview changes. The date above identifies this version. We will provide an appropriate notice for material changes and seek any agreement required by law; new terms do not remove rights you already have.
